Reflecting a proactive, innovative approach to addressing the severe traffic congestion throughout Miami Dade County that has resulted from the region’s explosive recent population growth, the Miami-Dade Transit Authority (MDX) authorized the development of a strategic master plan through the year 2040. The document would encompass content ranging from imminent infrastructure improvements to the envisioned role of evolving transportation technologies and future multimodal transit hubs. Working from an initial compilation of draft content and technical documentation, Libra Communication wrote or edited all copy and created the design scheme and infographics for the 88-page MDX 2040 Strategic Master Plan.
